About the role

Stretch Distribution Inc. is seeking a Distributor Trade Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team in Legazpi City, Albay. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving our distributor partnerships and maximizing market penetration through strategic trade marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns designed to support our distribution network and enhance brand visibility across key retail channels. This role is integral to achieving our commercial objectives and strengthening relationships with our key distribution partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to distributor needs and market opportunities
• Create marketing collateral, promotional materials, and point-of-sale displays to support distributor sales efforts
• Coordinate with distributors to understand market dynamics, consumer preferences and competitive landscapes within assigned territories
• Plan and execute trade marketing events, promotions, and incentive programs to drive product awareness and sales performance
• Analyze market data and sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with sales teams to align trade marketing activities with broader commercial strategies and objectives
• Manage distributor communications, providing timely updates on product launches, promotions and marketing support materials
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities for trade marketing differentiation
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on trade marketing performance, ROI and recommendations for future campaigns
• Support the development of distributor training materials and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
• 3-5 years of proven experience in trade marketing, distributor marketing or channel marketing roles
• Strong understanding of distributor networks and retail trade dynamics
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
• Proficiency in market analysis and data interpretation to support decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with distributors and internal stakeholders
