Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, distributor or national account management.
• Strong leadership in managing distributor field teams and commercial KPIs.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, CRM, and trade analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven mindset with strong operational discipline.
• Willingness to travel frequently for on-ground execution and team coaching.

Responsibilities

• Achieve 100% sales vs. target across assigned distributor territories.
• Ensure prompt collection (≤ 14 days) and manage returns/rebates within 2%.
• Expand distribution reach to a minimum of 500 doors or 50% market universe.
• Manage, develop, and align distributor partners with sales and trade strategies.
• Monitor distributor business health, account compliance, and performance metrics.
• Lead trade checks, fieldwork, and escalation coordination with internal teams.
