Job summary

Dragon Edge Group (DEG) in the Philippines is seeking an Accounting Associate to maintain financial data integrity and support end-to-end accounting processes across receivables and inventory.

The role involves coordinating with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations to ensure accurate data and timely financial reporting, with opportunities to contribute to audits and broader finance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, inventory, or general accounting functions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes including billing, collections, and customer account reconciliation
• Monitor and reconcile inventory movements and support monthly stock reporting
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy
• Support other Finance functions as assigned (e.g., payables, documentation, data entry)

What You’ll Do
