Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in distribution planning, supply chain, or logistics; 1–2 years in supervisory role preferred.
• Willing to work fully onsite in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor the DRP schedule to align with demand, production capabilities, and inventory targets.
• Analyze demand forecasts, sales trends, and inventory levels to optimize replenishment and reduce stockouts or excess inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, warehouse, and logistics teams to align planning and execution.
• Maintain DRP parameters in the ERP system (lead times, safety stock levels, minimum order quantities).
• Generate regular reports on inventory performance, distribution plans, and KPIs.
• Support S&OP processes through collaborative planning and forecasting inputs.
• Ensure adherence to policies and regulations by documenting DRP procedures and inventory movements.

Job Summary:

This role ensures the efficient flow of goods from manufacturing to distribution centers and ultimately to customers, using forecasting data, inventory analysis, and replenishment planning tools.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and monitor the DRP schedule to align with customer demand, production capabilities, and inventory targets.

• Coordinate with procurement, production, warehouse, and logistics teams to align planning and execution.
