Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Replenishment Planner to manage daily APS/DRP cycles and ensure timely, accurate product transfers across depots. You will validate system proposals, coordinate with logistics, and monitor in-transit stock to optimize availability.

Role requires a 2–3 year track record in supply planning and ERP experience. This onsite position in Pasig demands strong analytical skills and collaboration across PPIC, Demand Planning, and warehouse teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in supply planning, DRP, replenishment planning, or inventory planning.
Experience in FMCG industry is preferred.
Experience using ERP systems such as LN, SAP, or similar platforms is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret planning and inventory data.

Responsibilities

Run APS/DRP daily or weekly planning cycles to generate replenishment proposals.
Validate replenishment proposals against production, inventory, and sales priorities.
Coordinate with Logistics on loading, dispatch, and scheduling to meet timelines.
Monitor in-transit shipments and align planned vs actual stock movements.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on inventory availability and service levels.
