Job summary

D&L Industries Inc. in Quezon City is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily material handling and distribution operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will lead floor teams, coordinate with forklift operators, and uphold regulatory requirements under DOLE OSH, BFP Fire Code, and DENR guidelines, while maintaining accurate inventory and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in warehouse operations within manufacturing or factory settings.
• 1–2 years in a senior or team lead role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations.
• Lead floor supervision; coordinate forklift operators to meet production and delivery needs.
• Oversee receiving of raw materials and finished goods with inspections against documents.
• Optimize storage space and ensure safety and efficient material handling pathways.
• Enforce DOLE OSH compliance and maintain safety logs and reports.
• Ensure BFP fire code compliance and proper fire exits and storage heights.
• Ensure DENR hazardous materials handling and waste segregation compliance.
• Maintain regulatory permits, SDS, and inventory records; support audits.
• Lead cycle counts and investigate variances to protect inventory accuracy.
