You will drive cost efficiency, accuracy, and team effectiveness by enforcing best practices, cycle counting, and collaboration with stakeholders to sustain high service levels. Experience with WMS and large teams in a fast-paced environment is essential.

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, inventory accuracy, and team effectiveness while supporting business growth and customer service objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all distribution center operations, including receiving, storage, replenishment, order fulfillment, loading, and dispatch activities.
• Drive inventory accuracy through effective inventory control practices, cycle counting programs, and resolution of stock variances.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and implement initiatives that improve productivity, service levels, and overall warehouse efficiency.
• Manage warehouse resources, budgets, manpower, equipment, and space utilization to achieve cost and productivity targets.
• Lead, develop, and inspire warehouse teams by fostering accountability, continuous improvement, safety, and collaboration across stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
