Handyman Do it Best Philippines is seeking a skilled Distribution Center Operations Lead to oversee receiving, storage, replenishment, and dispatch, ensuring seamless inventory flow and timely order fulfillment.

You will drive cost efficiency and inventory accuracy, lead warehouse teams, and work with stakeholders to improve productivity and service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong background in distribution center, warehouse, or supply chain operations within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading large teams and managing day-to-day warehouse operations with a focus on performance and service excellence.
• Demonstrated success in driving process improvements, productivity gains, and operational cost efficiencies.

• Lead, develop, and inspire warehouse teams by fostering accountability, continuous improvement, safety, and collaboration across stakeholders.
