Job summary

QuadM Manpower Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate warehousing activities and ensure timely dispatch of orders. The role requires strong knowledge of warehousing processes and prior dispatcher experience, with completion of a 2-year college or equivalent diploma.

The candidate will schedule deliveries, verify stock with the warehouse, maintain dispatch records, and resolve any dispatch-related issues in collaboration with warehouse staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Dispatcher is required.
• Knowledgeable in warehousing processes.
• At least college level (2 years) or graduate of 2-year vocational course/associate diploma.
• TOR / Good Moral / Diploma / Certificate of Graduation required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch items based on delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with the warehouse on stock availability and release.
• Ensure accuracy of items dispatched versus orders.
• Track and monitor inventory movements during dispatch.
• Prepare dispatch documents and maintain records.
• Resolve dispatch and delivery issues in coordination with the warehouse.
