Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock seeks a Manager, Information Risk Management – DR CoE to lead Day-to-day L2 oversight for DR plans, attestations, and tabletop exercises. You will supervise a team of Senior IRM Specialists, review oversight outputs, and partner with DR Practice Area and Segment IROs to ensure consistent DR standards and remediation.

You will guide governance, KPI, and SLA delivery while driving transparency and timely remediation across segments.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Information Risk Management and DR risk oversight.
• Experience with DR testing methodologies and recovery patterns.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Senior IRM Specialists; oversee L2 DR oversight outputs.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of DR oversight activities.
• Review governance, scenario governance assessments, and remediation actions.
• Deliver regular oversight reporting and drive continuous improvement.
