Job summary

Manulife Information Risk Management (IRM) Analyst role within the GRC team supports global information risk assurance engagements, assesses compliance with IRM standards, identifies information risks, and partners with stakeholders across all lines of defense to strengthen risk management practices.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or project experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Information Systems, CS, IT, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform global information risk assurance assessments per company policies and standards.
• Review evidence, prepare workpapers, and document assessment results, findings, and observations.
• Partner with stakeholders across lines of defense to perform risk assessments, identify control gaps, and monitor remediation.
• Prepare clear and well-structured documentation and presentations to communicate risks, findings, and recommendations.
• Support development and enhancement of automation solutions for assurance execution and risk monitoring.
• Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of information risk assurance processes and procedures.
