Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. seeks a senior professional to lead post-disaster evaluation, analysis, and continuous improvement for NRRO.

You will ensure lessons learned from outages and incidents are captured, analyzed, and applied to strengthen recovery processes and governance, supporting a transition from recovery to preparedness. The role requires 5–10 years in post-incident evaluation or resilience programs, with strong analytical and facilitation skills across Core, Transport, Access, and Power

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Network Engineering, Disaster Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in post-incident evaluation, network operations, or continuous improvement.
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis, network resiliency programs, or disaster recovery evaluation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with telecom operations across Core, Transport, Access, and Power networks.
• Experience facilitating workshops and reporting to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate post-disaster data across all network domains (Core, Transport, Access, Power).
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode Evaluation for network disruptions.
• Evaluate effectiveness of recovery actions, command activation decisions, and resource allocation.
• Identify process gaps, vulnerabilities, and areas for operational improvement.
• Develop recommendations for network design enhancements, resilience measures, and operational procedures.
• Support updates to DR/NRRO playbooks based on lessons learned.
• Facilitate workshops, debriefs, and after-action reviews with internal teams and external partners.
• Track and report on continuous improvement initiatives and their implementation status.
• Ensure knowledge management of disaster events is maintained and accessible for future planning.
