Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a Senior Crisis Management Lead to establish and govern emergency response policies, frameworks, and command activation processes across the organization.

You will ensure preparedness for network incidents, disasters, and crises through structured readiness and cross-functional coordination. The role requires 5+ years in network operations or crisis management, knowledge of telecom networks, and ISO certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Risk Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in network operations, disaster recovery, emergency response governance, or crisis management.
• Knowledge of telecom networks, RAN operations, ICs frameworks, and DR/BCP standards.
• Proven policy governance, cross-functional coordination, and crisis decision-making skills.
• Certifications in ISO 22301/22320, ICs, or Emergency Management are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern emergency response policies and frameworks.
• Prepare for network incidents, disasters, and crises through structured readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functionally and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead RCMT activation and incident management.
• Deliver SITREPs, dashboards, and executive communications during incidents.
• Align activities across Core, Transport, Access, Power, IT, and Field Operations.
• Maintain and enforce the Emergency Response Governance Framework.
• Oversee drills, tabletop exercises, and simulations.
• Handover to Network Recovery & Normalization post-incident.
