Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a senior professional to lead post-disaster evaluations and drive resilience across Core, Transport, Access, and Power networks. You will collect data, perform RCA/FMEA, and guide recovery actions and resource allocation.

You will develop recommendations for network design enhancements, support NRRO playbooks updates, and facilitate workshops and AARs with internal and external partners to improve future responses.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in post-incident evaluation, network operations, or continuous improvement.
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis, network resiliency programs, or disaster recovery evaluation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with telecom operations across Core, Transport, Access, and Power networks.
• Experience facilitating workshops and reporting to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate post-disaster data across network domains (Core, Transport, Access, Power).
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode Evaluation for network disruptions.
• Evaluate effectiveness of recovery actions, command activation decisions, and resource allocation.
• Identify process gaps, vulnerabilities, and areas for operational improvement.
• Develop recommendations for network design enhancements, resilience measures, and operational procedures.
• Support updates to DR/NRRO playbooks based on lessons learned.
• Facilitate workshops, debriefs, and after-action reviews with internal teams and external partners.
• Track and report on continuous improvement initiatives and their implementation status.
• Ensure knowledge management of disaster events is maintained and accessible for future planning.
