Job summary

Sutherland is seeking an Insurance Team Manager (Life & Disability) to lead a team delivering Life and Disability insurance programs in Manila. You will drive performance, ensure service excellence, and foster continuous improvement while managing client expectations.

In this role, you will collaborate with global clients, promote compliance, develop staff, and optimize processes with data-driven strategies in a fast-growing digital transformation company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Team Manager or Operations Leader in a contact center or BPO.
• Minimum 3 years in Life Insurance and/or Disability Insurance operations.
• Minimum 3 years managing Inbound Contact Center teams.
• Strong knowledge of Disability products: STD, LTD, FMLA, State Leave Programs.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement performance improvements.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work onsite in Taguig City.

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and drive efficiency, quality, and productivity.
