Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a senior IT operations leader to direct the companys IT backbone, including infrastructure, service desk, end-user computing, and application support across the region.

You will oversee networks, servers, cloud, VDI, endpoints, collaboration tools, and information security, ensuring high availability, incident resolution, and alignment with enterprise standards. The role emphasizes ITIL practices, risk mitigation, and vendor governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations, infrastructure, service desk, end-user computing, and application support functions in the Philippines.
• Oversee network, server, cloud, VDI, endpoint, collaboration, and information security operations.
• Manage application maintenance, production support, system availability, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.
• Oversee technology support for employee benefits administration and related HR, payroll, and employee-service platforms.
• Implement ITIL-aligned service management practices and monitor SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs.
• Lead major incident management, disaster recovery planning, business continuity, and operational risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT security, governance, audit, and change-management requirements.
• Manage technology vendors, managed-service providers, contracts, service quality, and operating costs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop technology teams, ensuring accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to align Philippine technology operations with enterprise standards and business priorities.
• Drive automation, self-service solutions, process improvements, and enhanced employee technology experience.
