• Internet and Network Reliability: Ensure reliable Internet and network connectivity across the Philippines.
• IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee IT infrastructure management.
• On-the-Ground IT Support and Service Delivery: Provide on-the-ground IT support and service delivery.
• Hardware and End-User Technology: Manage hardware and end-user devices.
• Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute preventive maintenance.
• IT Asset Management: Oversee IT asset lifecycle management.
• Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery: Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• IT Security and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure IT security and regulatory compliance.
• New Store and IT Provisioning: Provision IT for new stores and offices.
• CCTV and Physical Security Systems: Manage CCTV and physical security solutions.
• Telephony and Collaboration Tools: Administer telephony and collaboration tools.
• People Management and Capability Building: Lead people management and capability building.

Job description

The Network and Systems Senior Manager is fully accountable, at the country level, for the stability, reliability, security, and continuous improvement of the Company's technology infrastructure and IT support services across the Philippines. This includes store and office connectivity, network infrastructure, hardware, end-user technology, technical support, collaboration tools, and other core IT infrastructure.

The role ensures that all Philippine stores and offices have reliable, secure, and properly maintained IT infrastructure and receive timely and effective on-the-ground technical support in accordance with the Company's Procedures & Guidelines (P&G).

The role serves as the single point of ownership and escalation, within the country, for infrastructure, connectivity, hardware, technical support, and IT operations issues, and is responsible for building internal capability within the Philippine IT team to ensure consistent and effective service delivery nationwide.
