Job summary

Vismotor Corporation seeks a Director of Support Services to lead the Shared Services Division (HR, IT, Audit, Business Process, and Marketing). The role shapes the operating model, directs multiple functions, and partners with the CEO and senior leaders to drive performance.

You will build a high-performing leadership team, monitor SLAs and KPIs, ensure risk management and compliance, and champion service excellence in a fast-scaling automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing mid-to-large scale operations (500-1000 FTEs).
• Understanding of shared services business structure.
• At least 5 years as a director of shared services, managing different functions or departments.
• Broad knowledge of Motorcycle, Automotive, or FMCG operations.
• Strong Leadership and stakeholder management with C-Suite exposure.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in managing large budgets and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the standard and performance of the Shared Services Division
• Responsible for the development and operationalization of the shared services division
• Define and implement the operating model, structure, and KPIs for the division based on C Suite Leadership standards
• Build a high-performing leadership team across all service lines and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Drive a culture of Service Excellence, Innovation, and improvement
• Ensures seamless delivery of support services and delivers excellence to support Operations
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs benchmarks to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
• Oversee risk management, compliance, and audit readiness across all functions
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent across the company
• Champion Employee Engagement, Learning, Diversity and Inclusion, and Leadership development initiatives
