Job summary

AF Payments Inc. is seeking a Head of Transportation Solutions to lead the development and execution of sales plans and to drive the Transportation Solutions business.

You will manage a team of BD and Sales Officers, mentor talent, and forge strong relationships with Cooperatives and government agencies to implement beep™ technology in client ecosystems. You will oversee product strategy, lifecycle, pricing, and profitability for the transport portfolio, including jeeps, buses, trains, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in sales/account management with 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience as Product/Business Development Manager in technology, preferably AFCS or transport domains.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and ability to manage complex projects.
• Familiarity with agile development and travel for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to meet Transportation Solutions’ goals.
• Lead and mentor the Business Development and Sales Officers.
• Build and deepen client relationships with cooperatives and government agencies.
• Drive product strategy, pricing, lifecycle, and profitability for transport solutions.
• Close new business from cold calls and inbound leads; maintain existing accounts.
