Job summary

AF Payments Inc. is seeking a Senior Rail AFCS Engineer to provide end-to-end technical and administrative support for Rail AFCS projects and initiatives.

The role requires liaising with the Rail AFCS Manager, PMO, vendors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with specifications, testing, and commissioning requirements. The incumbent will oversee training development, capacity-building, and onboarding of AFCS resources, while coordinating project meetings, progress reporting, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; PRC license preferred.
• Experience in Rail AFCS or related revenue systems is desirable.
• Strong planning, documentation and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end engineering and administrative support to Rail AFCS projects.
• Coordinate with PMO, clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Assist in testing, commissioning and acceptance activities and training development.
• Oversee Junior Rail AFCS Engineer and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Prepare technical designs, drawings, reports and operation/maintenance manuals.
• Monitor project progress, maintain logs and follow up on issues until resolution.
• Support AFPI strategic initiatives and capacity-building efforts.
