Job summary

House of Fruitas is seeking a Training Head to lead the organization’s learning and development strategy and build scalable training systems across restaurant, commissary, and corporate teams.

You will design modules, SOPs, guides, and e-learning content while partnering with Operations, HR, and leaders to identify capability gaps and implement practical solutions. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in training leadership within F&B or hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of proven experience as a Training Manager or in a similar leadership role within Food & Beverage, Restaurant, or Hospitality industries.
• Hands‑on experience in developing training modules, operations manuals, SOPs, facilitator guides, workbooks, and e‑learning content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s overall learning and development strategy.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve training modules, manuals, SOPs, guides, workbooks, and instructional materials.
• Build onboarding, technical, leadership, and operational training programs for restaurant, commissary, and corporate teams.
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-site training across business units and store locations.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, field observations, coaching, and performance metrics.
• Partner with Operations, HR, and Leaders to identify capability gaps and implement learning solutions.
• Establish competency frameworks, certification programs, and learning pathways for employees.
• Ensure training materials stay relevant and aligned with standards and objectives.
• Mentor and develop the Training Team and foster continuous learning.
