Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production operations and ensure efficient execution of production plans.
• Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules based on business and demand requirements.
• Lead, supervise, and develop production teams to achieve targets and standards.
• Ensure products meet approved specifications, quality standards, and food safety requirements.
• Monitor production output, productivity, wastage, and other KPIs.
• Identify issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, and sanitation compliance; maintain equipment and facilities.
