The Director of Data & Analytics will own data strategy, analytics function, and measurement infrastructure, partnering with leadership to improve visibility, decision-making, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data analytics or related fields with leadership experience.
• Experience building or scaling a data analytics function.
• Strong SQL and modern data warehouses, with BI tooling proficiency.
• Experience communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Background in marketing analytics, attribution, or e-commerce metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build data infrastructure, reporting standards, and analytical frameworks.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for strategy and performance.
