Our Clients seeks an experienced Associate Director - IT Business Partnering & Project Management to lead a unified technology delivery function, spanning strategic business partnering, portfolio governance, and end-to-end project delivery.

The role ensures demand shaping, prioritization, governance, and value realization, partnering with senior business stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes across the technology landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across IT Business Partnering, Project Management, or Portfolio Governance.
• Experience leading technology delivery teams and end-to-end change portfolios.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, especially with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Business Partnering to align IT with business units and drive demand shaping and prioritization.
• Oversee IT project and programme delivery with robust planning, RAID management, and governance.
• Embed PMO governance, with reporting standards, quality assurance, and delivery oversight across the portfolio.
• Develop an integrated operating model connecting demand, delivery, and governance for end-to-end processes.
• Lead and develop IT teams across Business Partnering and Project Management, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee portfolio financial management, forecasting, cost tracking, and budget allocation.
