Create Synergies Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an Associate Director – IT Business Partnering & Project Management to lead an integrated technology delivery function, covering strategic business partnering, portfolio governance, and end-to-end project delivery.

This role ensures demand is shaped, prioritized, governed, and delivered with strong business alignment, overseeing IT BP and IT PM functions for cohesive operating model, governance, and benefits realization.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across IT Business Partnering, Project Management, or Portfolio Governance.
• Strong experience leading technology delivery teams and end-to-end change portfolios.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies and PMO governance.
• Excellent financial, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities for budgets and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Business Partnering to align IT with business units and shape demand.
• Oversee IT project and programme delivery with RAID management and governance.
• Embed PMO governance across the function with reporting standards and quality assurance.
• Build a unified operating model connecting demand, delivery, and governance.
• Develop and lead IT BP and PMO teams to a high-performance culture.
• Oversee portfolio financial management including forecasting, costs, and resources.
• Engage senior leaders with clear, executive-ready reporting on status and benefits.
