Job summary

Okada Manila is seeking a Director of Infrastructure & Network Services to steer strategic leadership, architecture, delivery, and operation of network, infrastructure, cloud, communications, and data center services. You will ensure availability, resilience, security, and scalability across gaming, hotels, F&B, entertainment, convention facilities, and guest-facing services.

The role emphasizes AI-driven automation and modernization.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive infrastructure and network leadership experience within large, complex enterprise environments.
• Experience leading mission-critical infrastructure operations supporting 24x7 business environments.
• Experience within hospitality, gaming, integrated resorts, regulated industries, or other high-availability environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Infrastructure & Network Technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
• Establish technology standards, architecture principles, and governance for infrastructure services.
• Ensure platforms support current operations while enabling future growth and innovation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Eliminate repetitive manual work through workload automation.
• Provide leadership for all enterprise network environments (campus, core, distribution, wireless, WAN).
• Ensure highly available, resilient, and secure network services across resort operations.
• Drive continuous improvement for network performance and efficiency.
• Lead modernization and lifecycle management of data center infrastructure.
• Oversee compute, storage, virtualization, backup, and DR environments.
• Develop cloud adoption strategies and hybrid architectures.
• Establish cloud governance and performance metrics.
• Oversee unified communications, voice platforms, and collaboration services.
• Partner with cybersecurity leadership to ensure protection of infrastructure.
