Job summary

ADP Philippines seeks a Director to provide executive leadership for service operations, aligning goals with the Executive Leadership team and driving performance, quality and associate engagement across global ADP.

The role involves leading managers, developing leadership capability, and ensuring consistent execution of strategic initiatives, workforce planning and customer-focused outcomes within the Philippine site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Executive Leadership team to define goals and balanced scorecards for ADP Philippines.
• Lead reporting of operational performance, productivity, quality and dashboard updates (weekly/monthly/annual).
• Direct Operations teams with managers and team leads to achieve targets.
• Drive leadership development and coaching for Operations managers and team leaders.
• Oversee hiring/staffing requirements with Talent Acquisition and HR ensuring effective selection and compensation.
• Maintain adherence to ADP values and drive Stellar Service across the Operations organization.
• Foster international collaboration with partners and drive service improvements and crisis management.
