Metrobank is seeking a Junior Officer to manage Direct Sales Agencies in Metro Manila and nearby provinces, designing innovative sales and productivity programs and evaluating agency performance. You will train, visit, and monitor DSAs/TSAs, liaise with agency managers, and lead projects to hit annual acquisition targets while ensuring compliance with bank policies.

This role reports to the Direct Sales Head and offers the chance to grow into leadership within Metrobank's CBS - Credit Card Sales

Competenze

• The officer should continuously monitor the need to affiliate/accredit new agency to cover the target of the unit.
• Liaises with Agency Managers/owners and reports significant concerns to Direct Sales Head.
• Develops training modules/materials and trains direct sales agencies on features, marketing programs and credit issues.

Mansioni

• Ensure quality turn-ins and approvals based on targets through management of third-party sales agencies.
• Regular agency updates on new products, promos, and policies.
• Conduct product briefings every 2 months and visits DSAs at least twice per week.
• Achieve monthly new card sales targets at agency level.
• Recommend and implement card sales programs to meet targets in a competitive market.
• Conduct regular sales and product briefings and manage communications with third-party agency managers.
• Develop training materials and roll out AMLA presentations.
