Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Commercial Planning Executive in the Philippines to support data-driven planning and decision-making. You will prepare reports and analyses on volume trends across Direct Sales, EZD, and National Key Accounts, and help optimize production and logistics costs.

You will design dashboards, forecast scenarios, and business cases in collaboration with Marketing and regional Sales to drive opportunities and informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales, sales planning, sales reporting, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong data analysis, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
• Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to create clear dashboards, reports, and management presentations.

Responsibilities

• Design and adapt reports for internal and external stakeholders based on business needs, using effective communication platforms.
• Develop approaches to data analysis and forecasting to support management decisions, optimize volumes, meet timelines, and minimize costs.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop business cases for New Product Launches (NPL).
• Coordinate with regional Sales teams to identify opportunities and recommend solutions for volume gaps.
• Prepare dashboards and presentations for monthly and quarterly business reviews with Sales Management.

As Commercial Planning Executive, you will prepare comprehensive reports and analysis concerning current volume trends covering Direct Sales Distribution, EZD, and National Key Accounts to help the organization in making critical business decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Design and adapt reports for internal and external stakeholders based on business needs, using the most effective communication platforms and ensuring content remains accurate and up to date.
• Develop new approaches to data analysis and forecasting to support informed management decisions, optimize production volumes, meet timelines, and minimize logistics costs.
• Partner closely with the Marketing team to develop business cases for New Product Launches (NPL).
• Collaborate with regional Sales teams to identify sales opportunities and recommend solutions to address volume gaps.
• Prepare dashboards and presentations for monthly and quarterly business performance reviews with the Sales Management team.

Skills & Capabilities

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales, sales planning, sales reporting, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong data analysis, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
• Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to create clear dashboards, reports, and management presentations.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Excel VBA and Power BI is an advantage.
