Philip Morris International in the Philippines (Taguig) is seeking a Direct Retail Operations Executive to oversee IQOS Store operations within your territory, ensuring a seamless, compliant consumer experience and strong business results in a hybrid work setting.

You will drive sales growth, monitor store performance, coach Area Sales Managers and Store Managers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and uphold operational excellence.

As a Direct Retail Operations Executive, you will oversee the end-to-end operations of IQOS Stores within your assigned territory to ensure a seamless and compliant consumer experience while delivering business results.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and a consistently high-quality consumer experience across all stores.
• Manage day-to-day retail operations, including inventory, logistics, store orders, and retail systems.
• Develop and coach Area Sales Managers and Store Managers to build high-performing teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and resolve customer escalations to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
