Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to own the ideation, scripting, planning, and management of the complete creative process for Meta VSLs, UGC ads, and direct response formats. You will drive volume and quality weekly, briefing both short and long-form content, and optimizing using data from multiple platforms, including AI-driven workflows.

The role is fully remote with English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Direct response-focused strategic thinker with experience in building VSLs for DTC brands.
• Proven ability to script and brief short and long form VSLs and manage a high-volume creative pipeline.
• Experience running AI stacks in production and leveraging data to optimize ad creatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end creation of high-converting creatives for Meta platforms.
• Dissect performance data to improve future creatives and scale campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing to generate new concepts and ideas.
