Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Direct Response Video Editor to edit, produce, and manage multiple paid-ad projects with a focus on Meta platforms. You will transform raw UGC into high-converting ads, delivering 8 ad briefs weekly, and scale campaigns while maintaining speed and quality.

You will work remotely, using an AI stack for production, and collaborate with founders to grow the brand. Strong experience with DTC paid ads and Premiere Pro is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating short-form direct-response videos for DTC brands.
• Experience with professional video-editing software.
• Preference for Adobe Premiere Pro.

Responsibilities

• Edit VSLs and DR video ads with AI-first workflows.
• Deliver 8 ad briefs per week with high volume and quality.
• Iterate weekly on top-performing ads to improve performance.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and performance teams.
• Ensure videos are on-brand, visually compelling, and meet instructions.
