Job summary

Apero Restaurant in Quezon City is seeking a customer-focused team member to welcome guests, take and serve orders, and help maintain a clean dining area during the seasonal period.

You'll work in a fast-paced setting, weekends and holidays included, with a strong emphasis on service standards and guest satisfaction. Prior restaurant or customer service experience is an advantage; senior high school graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Available for the duration of the seasonal employment period.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with menu inquiries and requests
• Prepare and maintain dining areas before, during, and after service
• Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and organized
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order delivery
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalated issues when necessary
• Assist with restocking supplies and other daily restaurant tasks
• Support the team during peak hours, weekends, and holidays
• Follow company policies, food safety, and service standards
