Job summary

TELUS Digital in Pasig, Philippines, is seeking a Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives within a broader program. You will drive multi-stream projects, align business and technical teams, and ensure seamless delivery.

The role requires at least 3 years of PM experience, proficiency in Agile, and strong stakeholder management. You will collaborate with IT, Product, and Operations to report progress to leadership and drive adoption and success across initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for digital transformation initiatives
Manage end-to-end implementation of technology solutions and digital platforms
Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful and efficient project delivery
Track and manage project budgets within allocated parameters
Lead the deployment of digital solutions across assigned accounts
Coordinate technical integrations with IT teams and vendors
Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of implementations
Monitor and report on implementation progress and metrics
Facilitate regular project status meetings with stakeholders
Coordinate with client teams for customization needs and requirements
Work closely with IT, Product, and Operations teams
Support the preparation of status updates for leadership
Identify and track project risks and issues
Develop and implement mitigation strategies
Track KPIs and user adoption to measure success
Document progress, challenges, and successes
Prepare regular status reports and updates
