Job summary

Knauf Gypsum Philippines, Inc. seeks a Digital Transformation Officer to manage and improve digital platforms, including OneCRM and CPQ Quotes, and to lead adoption across sales and support teams. You will drive data quality, reporting, and cross-functional change initiatives.

The role will coordinate campaigns, train users, and partner with regional teams to ensure successful rollout and ongoing optimization of digital tools in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM Salesforce and knowledge essential.
• Worked in a sales related role or closely with sales teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate to strong knowledge of Salesforce.com.
• Experience collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Knauf digital platforms including OneCRM, Stratos, MyKnaufOrders, and CPQ Quotes.
• Monitor day-to-day usability and escalate issues to regional or central support teams.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and usage trackers.
• Coordinate user access requests and data cleansing to maintain platform integrity.
• Support training and rollout of digital campaigns and adoption.
