Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Head of Digital Platforms & Delivery to translate the Digital strategy into reliable, scalable execution across customer-facing channels, including shared capabilities for IT Sales and Collections.

You will co-own the delivery portfolio with the CDO, lead end-to-end delivery from idea to production, build a high-performing Platforms & Delivery team, and drive release readiness, BAU stability, and KPI tracking across APIs, platforms, and channels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in digital platform/technology delivery leadership (mobile, web, APIs).
• Proven track record managing end-to-end delivery (intake → build → test → release → BAU).
• Strong release management and production readiness (go/no-go, rollback, incident readiness).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (Platform Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, QA, DevOps/SRE).
• Agile delivery expertise (backlog prioritization, planning, dependency management).
• Solid understanding of modern engineering practices (CI/CD, automation, observability, SLO/SLAs).
• Integration delivery experience (internal systems, partners, vendors; API-first and resilience patterns).
• Ability to define and manage delivery KPIs (time-to-market, change failure rate, MTTR, stability).

Responsibilities

• Co-own Digital delivery strategy and execution plan with CDO and senior stakeholders; translate vision into a portfolio, milestones, and capacity plan.
• Own portfolio intake, prioritization, and governance for all customer-facing digital channels ensuring clear scope and delivery readiness.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from ideation to release and stabilization—drive predictable outcomes and speed-to-market.
• Manage and develop Platforms & Delivery organization; ensure effective ways of working, accountability, and performance.
• Establish and run release and production readiness management (calendar, go/no-go criteria, rollout/rollback, incident readiness).
• Ensure BAU stability and continuous improvement for mobile app and digital channels; optimize performance and reduce defects.
• Drive platform and integration excellence across channels and systems (APIs, partners); improve availability, latency, observability, scalability.
• Define and track delivery KPIs with Digital Product and Analytics; act on corrective actions.
• Generate initiatives from business objectives and customer insights; convert into deliverable work packages.
