Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an IT & Digital Experience Project Manager to lead critical operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives across our technology landscape. This role oversees end-to-end project execution, ensuring production readiness and measurable business value, with a strong emphasis on ITIL-based service transition and release management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
5+ years of project management in IT Infrastructure/Operations with ITIL.
Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience in transition environments.
ITIL/PM certifications (ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2, CSM/PSM) a plus.
Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IT operations and infrastructure projects aligned with business goals.
Embed ITIL Service Transition, Change, and Release processes throughout.
Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Service Management teams.
Govern changes and releases; participate in CAB reviews.
Ensure deliverables: documentation, knowledge articles, runbooks, and support models for go-live.
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues to minimize disruption.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and service management.
