The Digital Transformation Manager/Senior Manager leads the identification, assessment, and design of AI and digital transformation opportunities across healthcare operations. The role partners with business and client stakeholders analyze process gaps, develop innovative solution designs, define digital roadmaps, and support the implementation of technology-enabled initiatives that improve operational efficiency, quality, compliance, and customer outcomes.
Essential Functions
Digital Strategy & Opportunity Identification
- Partner with operations and clients to identify process improvement and AI/digital transformation opportunities.
- Analyze business requirements, assess current processes, and develop digital transformation roadmaps.
- Recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency, quality, compliance, and customer experience.
AI & Digital Solution Design
- Design AI and digital solutions leveraging Agentic AI, Generative AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Conversational AI, RPA, workflow automation, analytics, and machine learning technologies.
- Develop solution designs, business requirements, process flows, and implementation plans.
- Lead solutioning activities from discovery through implementation.
Client Engagement & Business Development
- Create executive presentations, solution decks, proposals, and business cases for internal and client stakeholders.
- Present digital solutions, conduct client workshops and demos, and support sales pursuits and RFP responses.
- Partner with Operations, Sales, and IT to develop scalable digital solutions.
Project Delivery & Governance
- Lead digital transformation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
- Manage project risks, stakeholder communication, and required project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance and technology standards.
- Track and monitor the progress, milestones, risks, and benefits of digital transformation initiatives.
- Prepare executive dashboards, project status reports, and leadership presentations to provide visibility into project health, delivery progress, and business value.
- Report portfolio performance, key achievements, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Innovation & Capability Development
- Stay current on AI and emerging technologies and recommend new digital capabilities/products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
- Certifications in AI, Automation, or Cloud technologies are an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation, automation, AI solutioning, project management, consulting, or healthcare operations, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Minimum 8 years of total work experience with at least 2 years of relevant in BPO / ITES industry
- Minimum 5 year in the current role/assignment
- Has successfully completed at least 2-3 projects with significant benefits
Technical Skills
- Trained / Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from a reputed organization with minimum of 5 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of AI and digital technologies, including Agentic AI, Generative AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Conversational AI, RPA, workflow automation, analytics, and machine learning.
- Experience in digital solution design, business process analysis, and requirements gathering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio for executive presentations, process mapping, and solution documentation.
- Experience in creating business cases, solution proposals, project documentation, and executive reports.
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, scope, timeline, resource, risk, budget, stakeholder, and change management.
- Experience managing digital transformation projects through the full project lifecycle, from solution design to implementation and post-go-live support.
