Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in change management, HR, communications, or project support.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute change management plans including communications and training.
• Conduct change impact and risk assessments across projects.
• Develop change management documentation and stakeholder FAQs.
• Track readiness, adoption metrics, and feedback from stakeholders.
• Coordinate trainings, town halls, workshops, and roadshows.
• Embed change management best practices into project delivery.
• Maintain change risk logs and identify engagement gaps.
• Champion a people-first approach to digital transformation.
