Converge ICT Solutions Inc. seeks a Business Transformation Manager to help the Transformation and Oversight lead ensure strategic objectives are met.

This role sits within the Business Transformation Team and collaborates with cross-functional groups to drive transformation initiatives. The candidate should have 4-8+ years of experience with a cross-functional skill set in project management, business analysis, change management, and process optimization, with a strong focus on business value

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of experience in transformation roles.
• LSS Green Belt certification preferred and familiarity with digital transformation for B2B and B2C.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as eTOM, ITIL, COBIT, and SDLC (Agile/Iterative/Prototing) is preferred.
• Experience in AI implementation is required.

Job description

Business Transformation Manager will help the Transformation and Oversight lead ensure that the company's strategic objectives are met. This role will be part of the Business Transformation Team.

S/he will collaborate closely with various teams to lead and support transformation initiatives. Transformation Manager with a cross-functional skill set in project management, business analysis, organizational change management, a knack for process improvement, and business value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a Transformation Plan. Align transformation initiatives with business objectives.
• Lead & manage change. Oversee the execution of change initiatives.
• Ensure alignment across departments, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Identify and remove roadblocks to change.
• Project & Program Management for Transformation Project Risk Management
• Identify risks to transformation success.
• Develop mitigation strategies to ensure resilience.
• Encourage innovation and process optimization
• Gather feedback and make data-driven adjustments.
• Plan for Change Communication
• Manage internal messaging around the transformation effort

Qualifications

• Years of experience per skill: 4-8+ years.
• Preferably LSS Greenbelt certified and familiar with digital transformation for business-to-business and business-to-customer.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as eTOM, ITIL, COBIT, and SDLC (Agile, Iterative, Prototyping) is also preferred.
• Experience in AI implementation is required.
