• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement, or process re-engineering.
• Experience managing digital transformation or technology-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process modeling.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle or SDLC.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
