GrowthAssistant, LLC seeks a Digital Merchandising Associate to manage Shopify and Contentful, ensuring on-time launches and brand-aligned site experiences.

You will build and QA product pages, manage catalogs, and collaborate with logistics, marketing, engineering, brand, and design to drive sales through optimized site functionality.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day operations of Shopify and Contentful to ensure on-time launches and brand-aligned UX.
• Assist with product launches including uploading images and content and building pages.
• QA all site content prior to publishing for links, imagery, and copy fidelity to designs.
• Manage product catalog in Contentful and Shopify with consistent metadata and imagery.
• Support merchandising across navigation, search, filters, facets, and listing experiences.
• Build, QA, publish, and maintain homepage content and landing pages via CMS.
• Conduct site audits, fix broken links and outdated content ahead of key sales moments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, marketing, engineering, brand, product, design, and customer service.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a Digital Merchandising Associate for a fast-growing DTC furniture and home goods brand — managing day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform and content management system, ensuring on-time launches, accurate product representation, and a site experience that matches brand standards.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Platform Management: Manage day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform (Shopify) and content management system (Contentful), ensuring on-time launches, accurate product representation, and a user experience that matches brand standards.
• Product Launch Support: Assist with the product launch process — uploading images and other content, and building and updating product and listing pages ahead of launch.
• Pre-Launch QA: QA all site content prior to publishing — links, imagery, copy accuracy, and fidelity to Figma designs — to ensure everything is perfect prior to launch.
• Catalog Management: Manage the product catalog in both Contentful and Shopify, ensuring both match with images, descriptions, and proper metadata to enrich site features and product feeds.
• Merchandising Support: Assist merchandising across navigation, search, filters, facets, and product listing experiences.
• Content Publishing: Build, QA, publish, and maintain homepage content and landing pages using the CMS.
• Site Audits: Support recurring seasonal and holiday site audits, fixing broken links, outdated content, and merchandising gaps ahead of key sales moments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with logistics to maintain accurate site inventory and delivery messaging, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, brand, product, design, and customer service teams to drive sales via optimization and improved site functionality.

What You Bring

• Experience: 1+ years of experience working on a DTC ecommerce site, digital merchandising, retail merchandising, site operations, or a related field.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly grasp new concepts across different platforms, and a good understanding of tasks with the initiative to ask questions when more information is needed.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to contribute to meetings with confidence, direction, and clear actionable outcomes.
• Team Mindset: A team player with a "no task is too small" attitude.

• You have experience with Shopify and Contentful.
