Job summary

Affinity Express Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Support Specialist with a strong BPO customer service background to support online advertising campaigns. You will ensure ads meet client requirements, function correctly, and are delivered on schedule.

Join our team to coordinate with designers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders, handle technical issues, track requests, and contribute to performance reporting. Night shift work and comprehensive remote tools are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in BPO, customer service or technical support.
• Experience supporting online advertising campaigns or digital advertising production.
• Familiarity with digital ads, creative assets, and campaign requirements.
• Experience in an online advertising campaign environment (publisher/agency).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Knowledge of ad-serving platforms is a plus.
