Job summary

Getwingapp is seeking a Digital Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist to drive paid campaigns and social content from a fully remote setup. You will plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads, manage content calendars, and design promotional graphics using Canva/CapCut. Strong analytics and KPI tracking are essential for ROI reporting.

This role offers flexibility and remote work in a fast-growing team. Salary up to ₱52K per month; 20 hours per week; PST schedule; remote work with performance

Digital Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist

And we’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Digital Advertising: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. This includes monitoring budgets, analyzing performance metrics, testing ad creatives, and preparing ROI reports.
Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts and content calendars, plan/schedule posts, write captions, develop content strategies, and monitor engagement to grow the audience.
Content Creation & Design: Design professional flyers, promotional graphics, and ad creatives using tools like Canva or Capcut. Repurpose content across different social media channels to maintain a consistent brand presence.

Required Tools

Canva, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (for campaign management).
Familiarity with campaign analytics and reporting tools.

Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically paid advertising and campaign optimization
Strong social media management and content strategy skills
Ability to generate creative content ideas and plan content calendars
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Capcut, or similar)
