Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide real-time technical and strategic assistance to advertisers. You will troubleshoot complex campaign issues, ensure brands maximize performance on global platforms, and deliver high-quality omnichannel support from Quezon City onsite.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years’ hands-on experience with paid campaigns, plus expertise in attribution and pixel tracking for precise evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years managing end-to-end paid campaigns (Meta/Google/LinkedIn).
• Strong understanding of the marketing funnel.
• Knowledge of multi-channel attribution models.
• Experience with pixel implementation and tracking events.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot campaign setup, performance, billing, and TikTok Pixel.
• Provide omnichannel support via live chat, email, and ticketing systems (Zendesk/Salesforce).
• Guide advertisers on targeting and optimization best practices.
• Meet SLAs and share product feedback with internal teams.

Job Summary: We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide real-time technical and strategic assistance to advertisers. In this role, you will troubleshoot complex campaign issues via live chat and ticketing systems, ensuring brands maximize their performance on global platform.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Funnel Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of the full marketing funnel and the ability to design strategies for each stage.
• Advanced Attribution Knowledge: Solid understanding of multi-channel attribution models and the ability to reconcile data discrepancies and varying conversion logic across different advertising platforms.
• Technical Tracking & Tagging: Technical familiarity with pixel implementation and standard tracking events for precise campaign evaluation.

What You Will Do

• Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve intermediate to complex issues regarding campaign setup, ad performance, billing, and TikTok Pixel tracking.
• Omnichannel Support: Deliver high-quality assistance via live chat, email, and ticketing systems (Zendesk/Salesforce) while maintaining detailed case documentation.
• Optimization & Guidance: Guide advertisers on best practices for targeting and campaign optimization to meet their business goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Meet defined SLAs and share product feedback with internal teams to improve platform quality and help-center resources.
