Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to drive campaigns across paid display, search, video, and social channels. You will work with the marketing team to set up campaigns, monitor results, and develop comprehensive reports for stakeholders.

You will optimize budgets, coordinate with external media agencies, and ensure tracking for online and offline conversions. The role emphasizes analytical, data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Up to 1–2 years of paid online campaign experience.
• Ability to create media campaigns from stakeholder briefs.
• Analytical and data-driven with customer focus.
• Experience with multi-product companies.
• Agency background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute, optimize and report Paid display, Search, Video and Social campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook ads, Google ads, DSPs).
• Collaborate with Superior and Marketing Analyst to establish tracking for online and offline conversions.
• Manage audience pools for products used in campaigns.
• Monitor media budget including invoicing and spend projections.
• Liaise with external media agencies for execution, optimization and reporting.
• Provide ad hoc support to Marcom and other departments for digital marketing tasks.

About The Job

The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns for the products of the company. The role will work closely with the digital marketing team in setting up campaigns across different digital platforms. This role will also closely monitor results of running campaigns and spot possible optimizations to maximize results and will take lead in developing comprehensive reports for stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for the execution, optimization and reporting of the Paid display, Search, Video and Social campaigns across multiple platforms (eg. Facebook ads, Google ads, and DSPs)
• Collaborate with Superior and Marketing Analyst to establish proper tracking mechanisms for both online and offline conversions.
• Responsible for managing audience pools for product/stream handled that will be utilized for digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitoring and management of digital media budget including filing, issuance of invoice or insertion orders, and projection of spends.
• Liase with external media or digital agencies in the context of execution, optimization, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns.
• Provide adhoc support to Marcom and other HC departments for any digital marketing related tasks.

What You Need To Have

• Up to 1-2 years of experience in paid online campaign implementation
• Ability to create media campaigns based on brief from stakeholders / what the business needs
• Experience working with multi-product companies and able to draft and improve on multiple customer journey touchpoints
• Preferably from Agency side
• Highly analytical and data-driven with customer obsession
• Ability to plan and lead marketing initiatives end-to-end, from research and strategy to execution and data analysis
• Excellent communicator. Able to pitch ideas well with a structured, goal-oriented mindset.
