Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist in Metro Manila, Philippines for a full-time remote role. You will manage paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, optimize performance, and drive ROI within allocated budgets.

Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you will analyze data, report insights, and contribute to campaign strategies that improve reach, engagement, and conversion in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Experience in a media agency is preferred.
• Hands-on ad buying across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, or programmatic channels.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Previous experience in a media agency preferred.
• Hands‑on experience buying ads on Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, or programmatic channels.

Core Skills

• Strong expertise in PPC and social media advertising platforms (Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Proven track record of executing multi‑channel digital advertising campaigns and driving ROI across budgets.
• Solid analytical skills, interpreting performance data and collaborating with team leads for media and creative insights and optimizations.

Communication & Collaboration

• Excellent communication skills, able to present data, insights, and recommendations clearly.
• Comfortable communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders through written reports and presentations.
