Shadow Office Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Officer to join our Cavite onsite team. You will oversee lead generation, data integrity in Salesforce, and campaign execution across paid and organic channels.

From automations with Make and Zapier to WordPress and social platforms, you’ll coordinate emails, tracking, and performance reporting to help our fast‑paced, global marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a related role.
• Hands-on experience with core marketing technology including CRM, automation, analytics, and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Support lead generation and data flow into Salesforce CRM.
• Handle campaign setup and events on Zoom, Eventbrite, Kajabi, and similar tools.
• Assist in paid advertising setup, monitoring, and optimization across Meta and Google Ads.
• Coordinate email campaigns with segmentation and automation workflows.
• Maintain WordPress content; perform basic plugin management and troubleshooting.
• Implement tracking pixels and use Canva, CapCut, and Wistia as needed.
