1902 Software is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Officer to grow our brand, products, and customer base through data-driven campaigns and clear product communications. You’ll work with leadership and cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives and support product launches.

Responsibilities include managing social media, websites, content creation, Meta/Google Ads, SEO, analytics, and maintaining product messaging.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Hands-on experience with social media marketing, digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
• Manage and grow social media, website, and other digital channels.
• Create engaging content and product communications for social and marketing.
• Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and other digital initiatives.
• Own and maintain product messaging, branding, and website content.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, leads, engagement, and SEO metrics.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing projects across marketing, leadership, development, QA, design, and teams.
• Support lead generation and customer engagement with Sales.
• Support enterprise client onboarding and product training.
• Maintain knowledge-base and customer-facing resources.
• Coordinate with agencies, designers, and partners.
