Job summary

Shadow Office Solutions is seeking a Digital Marketing Officer to oversee lead generation, data integrity in Salesforce, and multi‑channel campaigns. You will optimize campaigns, manage social channels, and leverage automation tools for efficient data integration.

The role requires 1–3 years in marketing tech, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Kajabi, Eventbrite, GA, and WordPress. This is a full-time on-site role with a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a related role.
• Experience with core marketing technology and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data hygiene.
• Strong attention to detail and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support lead generation with accurate data flow into Salesforce.
• Perform data cleansing and audits in Excel/Sheets.
• Setup and execute marketing campaigns and events using Zoom, Eventbrite, Kajabi, and related tools.
• Create and update marketing assets and ensure campaign readiness.
• Coordinate email campaigns with segmentation and automation workflows.
• Verify leads and maintain CRM data integrity in Salesforce.
• Implement automation using Make and Zapier across systems.
• Troubleshoot automations to ensure smooth operations.
• Generate reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and leads.
• Pull data for strategic analysis and cross-team insights.
• Schedule and publish content on social channels via Meta Business Suite.
• Monitor social channels and assist with community management.
• Update content on WordPress sites and ensure accuracy.
• Create data collection forms and ensure integration with systems.
• Implement tracking pixels (GA, Meta) for performance monitoring.
• Provide hands-on support for Canva, CapCut, Wistia, and Rebrandly as needed.
